Are you a Young Professional under 35 or within 10 years of graduation?

This society is for you.

The first ten years after graduation is a key time to build your network, and the Management Society is here to help by bridging the gap between new and experienced professionals. Whether you are working in a small company on commission or a large organization on salary, chances are you will need a personal network at some point. Along with regular programming, chapters also focus on events, mentoring, and building connections for young professionals.

The tough economic environment has increasingly turned young professionals to forums like the Management Society for career development, professional relationship building, and networking. Chapters are encouraged to have a young professional on the board, in order to ensure usefulness and relevance to others in their situation. By fully integrating young professionals into our chapters, we will ensure that the next generation of leaders will be trained and prepared to perpetuate moral and ethical leadership.

Chapter young professional programs are open to anyone wanting to participate; BYU and LDS affiliation are not required.
